Schedule:

5-Day Work Week | Weekly 34-Hour Home Time Reset

COMPENSATION BREAKDOWN

• CPM Rate: $0.82 – $0.88 CPM (commensurate with verifiable experience)
• Load Pay: $340 per load
• Backhaul Pay: $25 per backhaul
• Weekly Average
  : $1,760 (Top 10% earn $1,950+/week)
• Annual Average
  : $91,310 (Top 10% earn $101,330+/year)
• Bonus:
  Up to $2,000 summer retention bonus available

ROUTE & CARGO SPECIFICATIONS

• Service Area:
  Regional runs through Wisconsin, Iowa, Minnesota, Michigan, Indiana, and Northern Kentucky
• Freight Handling:
  Dry freight, approximately 3 turns per week with 3 to 5 stops per load. Unloading involves driver hand-unloading via rollers at delivery stops (no lumper or pallet jack required).
• Equipment Details:
  Automatic sleeper trucks hauling 53' dry vans. Take-home truck privileges available with safe parking access.
• Home Time &
  
  Shifts:
  
  Weekly 34-hour reset on weekends (Saturday/Sunday or Sunday/Monday). Shift schedules run Monday–Friday or Tuesday–Saturday.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Valid Class A CDL and active DOT Medical Card
• Minimum 3 months verifiable Class A experience within the last 6 months
• Physical capability to conduct roller hand-unloads at retail stores
• Satisfactory background check, clean MVR, and ability to pass DOT drug screening (both urine and hair tests)
