Class A CDL Solo & Team OTR Drivers Edwardsville, IL

Role: Full-time Class A CDL OTR Solo & Team Driver responsible for transporting freight primarily within the Midwest, with no East or West Coast travel.

Responsibilities: Operate newer trucks with safety and comfort features, adhere to repetitive lane routes, and ensure timely delivery. Maintain safety standards, utilize provided technology such as E-Logs and scanners, and participate in the passenger program.

Compensation & Benefits: Earn up to $1,800 weekly, with sign-on bonuses for solo ($5,000) and team drivers ($12,500), monthly safety bonuses, and referral bonuses with no limit. Paid loaded and empty miles, tolls, scales, and weekly pay via direct deposit. Benefits include health, dental, vision, paid vacations, 401(k) with company match, and paid orientation.

Qualifications & Skills: Valid Class A CDL, at least 24 months of recent verifiable OTR experience across multiple states. Ability to operate safely, follow route protocols, and work independently.
