Direct customers to exit booth and provide local and return directions;
Coordinate with shuttlers, detailers, return agents and managers to ensure proper vehicle supply;
Maintain Emerald Aisle cleanliness and ensure hangtag and fleet mix requirements;
Assist members with questions, provide upgraded vehicles on request, and minimize counter visits
