CDL-A Local Flatbed Driver – $78K/Year | Home Daily

Join a dedicated local flatbed position based in La Salle, IL. Earn competitive pay while hauling building materials, running consistent weekday routes, and enjoying daily home time.

• Average Weekly Pay: $1,500
• $500 bonus on the first check for eligible drivers hired before 9/7/2026
• Average $100 per week in additional activity pay
  , including detention and equipment shuttling
• $25 per load for tarping
• $20/hour spotting pay | $30/hour overtime spotting pay
• $300/day for outsourced work
• $15/hour for shop runs, office work, and miscellaneous duties
• Spotter pay increases $0.50/hour annually up to $30/hour

• Dedicated building materials account operating within a 275-mile radius
• Average approximately 2,050 miles per week
• Deliver concrete fiber siding using 48' flatbed trailers
• No manual loading or unloading required
• Loads are preloaded or live loaded, with deliveries completed via drop-and-hook or live unload
• Drivers are responsible for securing every load with straps and tarps
• Flatbed training provided
• Assigned automatic day cabs with no slip seating
• Trucks must remain at the account during time off
• No passengers permitted

• Monday-Friday schedule
• 5:00 AM start time
• Average 10-12 hour shifts
• Weekend off-account work available for additional earnings
• Thanksgiving and Christmas Day off available if desired
• Holiday pay available immediately

• Valid Class A driver's license
• Minimum 3 months of verifiable Class A CDL experience
• Valid DOT Medical Card
• Clean driving record
• No SAP drivers
• Must be willing and able to tarp and strap every load
• Able to handle tarps weighing up to 75 lbs
• Comfortable climbing on loads up to 10 feet high
• Able to apply significant physical force when securing loads
