What drivers are seeing right now:- Average weekly gross ranging from $1,500 – $2,100+ depending on lane and experience
- Home time options from daily/local up to weekly 34-hour resets
- Newer equipment and consistent freight on many seats
- Benefits packages that can include medical, dental, vision, 401k, PTO, and referral bonuses
- 21 years of age or older
- Valid Class A CDL with no restrictions
- Recent tractor-trailer experience (requirements vary by lane — some seats open to newer drivers)
- Clean MVR and background (last 3 years)
- Ability to pass DOT physical, drug screen (including Clearinghouse query), and background check
- Good employment history
