Pink Moon Bay Boutique is seeking a highly organized and proactive Product Operations Lead to oversee back-of-house operations and ensure smooth product flow to our stores and customers.
Responsibilities- Unpack and process incoming inventory shipments
- Accurately upload and manage product data in inventory systems
- Maintain inventory accuracy and conduct regular counts
- Oversee order fulfillment and store transfers
- Lead and support a small warehouse team
- Maintain an organized, efficient warehouse space
- Improve processes to increase speed and reduce errors
- 2+ years of inventory, warehouse, or operations experience
- Leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented and comfortable with inventory systems
- Ability to lift and move boxes as needed
