• Pay: $20.95 per hour plus a $1.00 shift differential

• High school diploma or equivalent
• One year or more clerical or warehouse experience preferred
• One year or more experience operating forklift equipment preferred
• One year or more experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, etc.) preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrates customer service skills
• Ability to create and maintain professional relationships at all levels of the organization (peers, work groups, customers, supervisors)
• Ability to work independently and as a member of a team
• Flexibility to operate and self‑driven to excel in a fast‑paced environment
• Capable of multi‑tasking, highly organized, with excellent time management skills
• Detail oriented with excellent follow‑up practices

Some positions require additional screening that may include employment and education verification; motor vehicle records check and a road test; and/or badging or background requirements of the customer to which you are assigned.

• Coordinates activities with clerks from other floor areas, the customer and/or other suppliers as needed
• Uses the location's WMS system to update area or shift metrics as needed
• Generates daily, weekly or monthly reports, memos, and summaries often of a technical and/or confidential nature
• Performs floor work and additional duties as assigned
• Performs basic administrative tasks for area or shift; maintains filing systems and documents
• Gathers from and provides information to floor employees in his/her area of support
• Coordinates activities/meetings/communication for the specific area or shift
• Performs other duties as assigned depending on the area supported or if location specific
