Concordance Healthcare Solutions is hosting a position for a Warehouse Receiving Clerk at our Chicago, IL distribution center.

• Timely unloading of incoming trucks, accurately sorting and checking in freight, and breaking down product as needed.
• Learn and execute all aspects involved in the operation of the Receiving Department.
• Successfully learn and perform scanning process (RF) in receiving using handheld electronic devices to accurately record quantities and locations.
• Adhere to all customer requests according to established policies.
• Maintain a clean, orderly work environment, perform general custodial tasks when needed, follow cleaning schedule, and report damages or disorderly areas to supervisor.
• Work proactively to foster and maintain a positive team-oriented atmosphere at all times, collaborating with fellow associates.
• Operate all warehouse equipment efficiently and safely to avoid injury; report any mechanical issue to supervisor and maintain equipment as assigned.
• Other duties as assigned.

• High School Diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Previous warehouse/distribution center experience preferred.
• Previous order picker/fork lift experience highly desired.
• Ability to operate or willing to learn powered industrial equipment (e.g., order picker, walker-rider, electronic pallet jack) and work at heights up to 25 feet.
• Attention to detail is crucial.
• Can work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
• Excellent attendance history.
• Basic math skills required.
• Must be able to perform typical physical motions of a Receiving Clerk: bending, reaching, stretching, walking, pushing carts; stand or walk for long periods over 8 hours per shift; lift up to 60 lbs, push/pull carts up to 100 lbs repeatedly throughout shift (reasonable accommodations acceptable).
• Ability to handle stress in a fast-paced ever-changing environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Willing to work overtime as needed.
• Successfully pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
