4PM TO 12 AM How you will contribute You will:
Review and analyze stock inaccuracies and guarantee accurate stock alignment between SAP and the warehouse management system based on available information among stakeholders. Analyze and verify capacity utilization, performance and KPI monitoring, and introduce corrective measures in case of missing KPIs and the need to reduce additional capacity Work with our service providers to ensure the delivery of our trading partners in terms of punctuality and completeness, taking into account quality and HACCP guidelines Monitor inbound, outbound, co-packing, warehousing and distribution activities to ensure shelf-life monitoring and management, supports reduction of write offs and constantly looks for opportunities to improve productivities Conduct project-related and ad hoc tasks, in particular in connection with continuous improvement projects and tenders and peak management Build and provide full-cost analysis (yearly budget), risks and opportunities Maintain accurate records of inbound and outbound shipments.

Communicate effectively with carriers, brokers, and internal depts regarding shipments. Follow up on driver appointments Schedule carrier appointments Build outbound loads Receive inbound packaging shipments that arrive on shift. Maintain inventory of warehouse supplies Transfer product between bakery and offsite warehouses Keep accurate records of what is on trailers stored in the yard. Handle donation, take home, and animal feed shipments.

Work with inventory clerks to ensure all expired packaging is disposed of according to protocol. Handle inbound packaging shipments, ensure they are received correctly systematically, follow up on errors and provide resolutions. Provide support to warehouse operators on shift. Ensure trucks are departing in a timely manner, if not communicate with appropriate parties. Operate telehandler on shipping side for loading/ unloading.

Experience with Microsoft applications, especially highly experienced with excel Enjoys team work Experience in logistics operations, procurement or supply chain function in general as an asset Analytical thinking Good knowledge of ERP, preferably SAP R3 Provide training on warehouse equipment Receiving, warehouse control and inventory control Participating in scheduled warehouse inventories Receiving an items warehouse staff Assisting in the organization of the warehouse Performing a variety of warehouse related tasks Operate forklifts in the warehouse and factory Place materials in the proper warehouse location Operate all lifts utilized within the warehouse Inspect physical condition of warehouse and equipment Maintain warehouse security at all times/li Coming in and going out of the warehouse Flow through warehouse on the way to the customer Flow through the warehouse on the way to the customer Maintain clean work environment in the warehouse area Improve overall efficiency and functionality of the warehouse Pull in delivery trucks and lock up warehouse Inspecting for damage and leaks Manage inventory locations within the warehouse Assist with shipping and receiving functions in the warehouse
