3rd Shift Order Picker - Cooler Environment (EJP Required) Join a stable, team-focused warehouse where your picking skills are rewarded with performance-based bonuses! We're hiring experienced Order Pickers for a temp-to-hire opportunity at a well-maintained facility located near 28th & Western. If you're reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a cooler environment, this is a great long-term opportunity.

Order Picker
$18.00/hour - Temp to Hire
Schedule:
3rd Shift - 10PM TO 6:30AM
Work Days:
Full-time, steady hours What You'll Do
- Pick and prepare customer orders accurately in a cooler environment
- Operate Electric Pallet Jack (EPJ) to move and stage product
- Meet productivity and quality standards while maintaining safety
- Lift, move, and stack product up to 50 lbs
- Follow warehouse procedures and safety guidelines
- Prior order picking experience in a cold/cooler environment
- Electric Pallet Jack (EPJ) experience required
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to wear steel toe shoes/boots and lift up to 50 lbs
- Temp-to-hire with long-term stability
- Weekly picking bonus once hired (in addition to regular pay)
- Clean, well-run warehouse environment
- Public transportation accessible location
- Weekly pay while on assignment
- Background check required
- 6-panel drug screen required
- Steel toe shoes/boots required
