CDS Packaging Solutions is seeking an experienced and motivated Warehouse Supervisor/Manager to join our team at our Arlington Heights, IL branch for an immediate opening.

The Warehouse Supervisor/Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the warehouse, including inventory management, shipping and receiving, supervising warehouse staff, and ensuring compliance with company policies and safety procedures. This position requires the ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and effectively manage multiple priorities.

• Oversee daily warehouse operations.
• Maintain accurate inventory records, monitor stock levels, and keep documentation up to date.
• Ensure timely receipt, storage, and distribution of inventory.
• Coordinate shipping and receiving activities, including scheduling and tracking shipments.
• Pull customer orders and assist with will‑call orders, loading, unloading, and receiving incoming shipments.
• Supervise warehouse staff, including training, coaching, and performance management as needed.
• Follow and uphold company policies and procedures to ensure efficient operations.
• Maintain safety standards and keep the warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with regulations.
• Work closely with the General Manager and other departments to ensure accurate and on‑time order fulfillment.
• Monitor warehouse performance and recommend improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 2–3 years of warehouse supervisory or management experience; packaging industry experience preferred.
• Excellent forklift operating skills with a proven record of safe and efficient material handling.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and warehouse management software.
• Knowledge of warehouse safety regulations and procedures.
• Ability to lift and carry 50+ pounds.
• Must be able to pass a background check, drug screening, and physical examination.

Full‑Time – Monday through Friday (normal business hours: 7:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.)
