Our events rely on thousands of details—and many of the most important ones fit in a box. As a Warehouse Technician/Fleet Services (Portables & Events), you'll play a key role in preparing, shipping, and tracking the small assets that help bring trade shows, events, and brand activations to life.

From banner stands and promotional materials to pick-and-pack items, you'll ensure every shipment is accurate, organized, and delivered on time.

• Pull, inspect, prepare, package, and ship small event assets and express orders.
• Receive and process incoming shipments accurately and efficiently.
• Verify inventory availability and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Coordinate with warehouse and Fleet Services teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Prepare shipping documentation and organize required paperwork.
• Load and unload shipments using material handling equipment such as forklifts and order pickers.
• Maintain organized work spaces while following company safety standards and operating procedures.
• Support other warehouse and logistics activities as business needs require.

• Diploma or equivalent from two‑year college or technical school; or six months to one year of related experience in warehouse, shipping, logistics, inventory, or fulfillment operations preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to prioritize multiple requests in a fast‑paced environment.
• Comfortable using warehouse equipment such as forklifts or willingness to become certified.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds and perform physical warehouse work throughout the day.
