Join our team as a Warehouse Fulfillment Technician to ensure accurate, timely shipments and maintain a clean, organized, high‑performing center.

• Pack & Prepare Shipments: Carefully pack devices, equipment, and parts for secure delivery, ensuring safe transport.
• Label QA: Verify the accuracy of all shipping labels and documentation before dispatch.
• Order Accuracy: Match outgoing items to packing lists and order requests to ensure error‑free fulfillment.
• Receiving Duties: Accept and inspect incoming deliveries, verify purchase orders, and process receipts accurately.
• Carrier Support: Assist freight and parcel carriers with pickups and outbound shipments.
• Inventory Organization: Keep warehouse racks, bins, and staging areas neat, labeled, and accessible.
• Warehouse Equipment: Operate pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), and other equipment according to safety protocols.
• Shipping Software: Use shipping systems such as Fed Ex Ship Manager and internal fulfillment tools.
• Machine Programming: Learn to program and set up printers and brewer machines using internal systems.
• Facility Maintenance: Help maintain shop cleanliness and contribute to a safe and efficient workplace.
• Safety Focus: Follow all warehouse safety procedures and promote a culture of safety compliance.

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in shipping, receiving, or fulfillment center operations.
• Comfortable learning new computer systems and following multi‑step technical processes (experience programming or troubleshooting equipment is a plus).
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to getting things right the first time.
• Physical ability to lift up to 85 lbs, and regularly stand, squat, reach, and push items in a warehouse environment.
• Forklift certification is a plus or willingness to obtain it with our support.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Availability to work on‑site in our Chicago facility.

Hourly Rate Range: $22 – $23 USD
