Looking for Picker Packer jobs in Chicago where accuracy and speed keep orders moving? This opportunity lets you pick, pack, and prepare products for shipment while helping customers receive the right items on time and in excellent condition.

Picking and processing orders according to customer requirements - matching correct garments (or items) to the appropriate order paperwork ("order advices").

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to read, understand, and follow order paperwork, shipping documents, and work instructions.
• Basic English communication skills required for safety, training, and order fulfillment tasks.

• Previous warehouse, order picking, distribution, shipping, receiving, or inventory experience preferred.
• Experience operating forklifts, cherry pickers, or other material handling equipment is a plus.
• Familiarity with inventory control, cycle counting, and warehouse procedures preferred.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining productivity and accuracy standards.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.

• Ability to stand and walk for up to 8 hours per shift.
• Capable of working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Comfortable performing repetitive picking, stocking, and order fulfillment tasks.
• Ability to reach, bend, lift, and move products throughout the workday.
• Comfortable working at elevated heights when operating cherry pickers or high-bay equipment.
• Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment and follow all safety procedures.

• Pick, pack, and process customer orders accurately according to order paperwork and shipping requirements.
• Match products and garments to customer orders while maintaining high levels of accuracy and productivity.
• Walk warehouse aisles to locate and pull inventory for order fulfillment.
• Operate forklifts, cherry pickers, and other warehouse equipment to retrieve and stock inventory.
• Perform cycle counts and inventory control activities as assigned.
• Stock products in designated warehouse locations and maintain organized inventory.
• Follow company safety policies, quality standards, and warehouse procedures.
• Assist with additional shipping, receiving, warehouse, and inventory tasks as needed.

The base pay range listed reflects what we reasonably expect to offer for this role. Actual pay may vary based on location, experience, and performance.
