We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Housekeeping Aide to join our team and help maintain the highest standards of cleanliness throughout our skilled nursing and long-term care community.

As a Housekeeping Aide, you will play an essential role in creating a safe and pleasant living environment for our residents. Your work directly contributes to resident comfort, infection prevention, and overall quality of life.

• Clean resident rooms, bathrooms, hallways, offices, and common areas

• Dust, vacuum, mop, and sanitize surfaces according to facility standards

• Empty trash and replace liners

• Replenish cleaning and restroom supplies

• Follow infection control and safety procedures at all times

• Report maintenance issues or safety concerns promptly

• Interact courteously with residents, families, and coworkers

• Assist with special cleaning projects as assigned

• High school diploma or GED preferred

• Previous housekeeping or healthcare experience is a plus, but not required

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Reliable attendance and a positive attitude

• Ability to lift, bend, stand, and walk for extended periods
