Description

Lead all aspects of restaurant operations with a hands-on, people-first approach

Maintain strong financial oversight, including labour planning, cost controls, and seasonal forecasting

Ensure operational readiness for high-volume periods while using slower months to strengthen systems, training, and processes

Recruit, train, and develop a service-driven management and hourly team

Actively identify opportunities to improve guest experience, efficiency, and consistency

Collaborate closely with ownership and culinary leadership on strategy, standards, and execution

Foster a positive, accountable culture grounded in professionalism and genuine hospitality

Requirements

Has proven experience as a Restaurant General Manager or senior hospitality leader in a full-service, quality-driven environment

Brings strong leadership skills with a calm, confident, and people-first approach

Understands both the operational and emotional sides of hospitality

Is financially literate, with experience managing labour, costs, and performance metrics

Thrives in independent restaurants where autonomy, trust, and collaboration are key

Has a genuine passion for food, beverage, service, and community
