Avalon Bay Communities is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor in Chino Hills, CA to lead the on-site maintenance team and ensure repairs, safety, and upkeep across our apartment homes.
You will oversee HVAC, plumbing, electrical and general maintenance tasks, schedule work, mentor staff, and respond to emergencies. This role requires 4+ years of maintenance experience and a valid driver's license, with on-call rotation.
