Maintains, repairs, and conducts preventive maintenance on material handling and building equipment;
Utilizes Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to understand workload and record actions (work orders, asset/labor history, inventory usage);
Reads and understands technical drawings to repair/maintain equipment;
Troubleshoots complex problems with equipment;
Works as a team member with operations and other technicians to support the facility in maintenance of equipment
