Clean and maintain production floors, removing metal shavings, dust, and debris. Sweep, mop, and scrub surfaces using industrial cleaning equipment. Safely dispose of scrap materials and waste in designated containers. Clean machinery exteriors and surrounding work areas in accordance with safety guidelines. Remove grease, oil, and residue buildup from surfaces and equipment. Maintain cleanliness in restrooms, break rooms, and office areas.

Restock cleaning supplies, paper products, and sanitation stations. Follow all safety procedures, including OSHA regulations and proper use of PPE. Handle and dispose of hazardous materials according to company policies. Identify and report maintenance or safety concerns (spills, leaks, damaged equipment). Assist with deep cleaning projects during shutdowns or scheduled maintenance. Ensure walkways and work areas remain clear and safe at all times.

Previous janitorial or industrial cleaning experience preferred. Ability to work in a fast-paced, industrial environment. Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment. Strong attention to detail and safety awareness. Ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods. Must be able to follow instructions and safety procedures. Reliable attendance and punctuality.

Pay rate: $18/Hour +

Pay range: $18-$85 (We are required by law to list the highest-paid employee)
