Cleaner and Maintenance Helper in Chippewa Falls

Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing and maintenance industry, is seeking a Janitorial/Maintenance Helper to join their team. As a Janitorial/Maintenance Helper, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting the shop and maintenance teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Janitorial/Maintenance Helper

Chippewa Falls, WI
Pay Range: $17
Shift: 1st 7am-3:30pm

• Clean all shop areas, including production offices and storage areas.
• Operate forklift to move and empty heavy dumpsters.
• Assist on projects such as painting, sticker placements, and keeping work area organized.
• Help assist with minor maintenance projects.
• Assist with grounds trash pickup, general maintenance, and snow removal as needed.

• Strong attention to safety procedures and proper PPE usage.
• Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Ability to stand for 8 hours, bend, twist, turn, and lift a max of 45lb material if needed.
• Willingness to perform various maintenance and cleaning tasks.
• Forklift experience.
