Repair and maintain the building and facilities across all departments, including administrative and warehouse areas;
Respond to building emergencies on a 24-hour basis;
Monitor and replace light bulbs in all assigned facilities;
Coordinate with outside vendors and contractors to ensure work is completed to specifications;
Perform basic plumbing and electrical work and determine when further attention is required
