The Maintenance Person assists management in achieving and maintaining outstanding interior and exterior restaurant cleanliness and maintaining restaurant equipment. The position provides the tools and training needed to succeed.

• Ensure a memorable visit by maintaining the upkeep of customer and employee accessible areas.
• Provide the supply by unloading incoming deliveries and replenishing necessary stock.
• Conduct routine maintenance and safety checks on equipment and building systems.
• Lead the experience by ensuring maintenance meets and exceeds food safety and storage standards of excellence.
