JOB REQUIREMENTS:
High School diploma or GED; minimum 3 years of experience in general maintenance, HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, mechanical systems, general construction, and/or custodial maintenance; valid VA driver's license with ability to obtain Virginia Commercial driver’s license learner’s permit within 6 months; and knowledge of building maintenance, repair, and construction.
SALARY RANGE: $43,555 - $50,000
