Working hours:
40 hours per week
• Compensation: $25.00–$27.00 per hour

- Oversee the upkeep of one building with 175 units.
- Diagnose, repair, and replace HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and appliances.
- Perform preventative maintenance on properties and within units.
- Repair or replace floors, ceilings, walls, siding, doors, windows, and other building components.
- Maintain accurate daily maintenance records and action items.
- Interact professionally with vendors, suppliers, team members, and residents.
- Provide exceptional customer service and timely communication.
- Respond to emergency and routine service requests, including after‑hours calls.
- Assist with turnover and make‑ready tasks for vacant units.
- Ensure proper removal and disposal of trash when needed.
- Utilize computers, tablets, and smartphones to track work orders and process applications.
- Perform other tasks as requested by management.
- 3+ years of experience in property management or a related field with customer service experience.
- Strong knowledge of computers and technology, including cloud‑based software and applications.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time‑management skills.
- Honest, trustworthy, and accountable.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Dependable transportation and ability to travel between properties.
- Must provide own tools for maintenance work orders.
