Prepares vacant apartment homes for leasing by completing pre-move-out inspections and making repairs;
Accesses and manages materials, supplies, and inventory from the maintenance department and tracks usage;
Documents and completes paperwork for service requests accurately and promptly;
Assist in maintaining grounds, common areas, and amenities; perform cleaning and painting as needed
