Del Amo Motorsports Group is looking to hire an A Level Technician at our Chula Vista location.

This is a full-time position with a pay range between $25.00 to $35.00 per flag hour. Pay range is determined based on individual’s skillsets and experience.

Shop hours are Tuesday through Saturday 10am-6pm;
Sunday & Monday we’re gone riding.

Schedule is Tuesday to Saturday with Sunday’s and Monday’s off.

You are a great fit if you can:

• Competently diagnose and repair any product sold in the dealerships;
  Motorcycles, ATV’s, UTV’s and watercrafts.
• Accurately perform full and complete diagnosis on products in for service.
• Complete a repair order efficiently and within scheduled amount of time.
• Train, mentor, and transfer skills/experience to other technicians.
• Meet deadlines and complete work in a productive and profitable manner.
• Maintain a positive relationship with all Del Amo employees and customers.
• Abide and comply with all dealership policies and compliances.

Other

Requirements and Skills:

• Minimum of 5 years as a powersports technician required.
• Own M1 License and clean driving record.
• Technical and/or Mechanical abilities.
• Familiarity of product lines sold in dealership.
