The Facilities Maintenance Team Member is responsible for the safe and reliable operation, maintenance, and repair of the plant’s building systems and infrastructure, including electrical, HVAC, water, sewage, water treatment, and fire protection systems. This role also supports construction and site projects and performs general building maintenance such as painting, wall repair, plumbing, and other facility upkeep to ensure a safe, functional, and well-maintained manufacturing environment.

• Operate and maintain the facility equipment and utilities (structures, electrical, HVAC, water supply, sewage, hydraulics)
• Operate mobile equipment (scissor lift, boom lift, fork lift, etc.) to support maintenance activities
• Follow all Facility safety rules/standards
• Provide accurate information compiled from checklists, inspections, etc.
• Support the manufacturing facility at-large in emergency situations.
