About the Role

We’re looking for a highly organized, people-loving Office Administrator to join our onsite team and help us deliver an outstanding client experience.

You’ll be the welcoming face of our firm and the operational anchor behind the scenes. This is an ideal fit for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys helping others, and is excited about the opportunity to grow with a purpose-driven company.

Compensation: $27 - $30/hour + Bonuses!

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet clients warmly and make them feel like family
  • Manage office calendars and coordinate appointments
  • Keep communication flowing—phone, email, and in-person
  • Confirmation for seminars
  • Support advisors and leadership with meeting prep
  • Assist with live event coordination and follow-up
  • Maintain a clean, efficient, and friendly office environment
What We’re Looking For
  • Administrative or office coordination experience
  • Strong communication skills—professional, friendly, and clear
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive by nature
  • Comfortable with basic tech tools (email, calendars, MS Office, etc.)
  • Experience in a client-facing role is a huge plus
  • Financial or retirement planning background is a bonus
  • Coachable, motivated, dependable, and excited to grow
