Senior Business Resilience Consultant

Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements in a variety of industries, focused on establishing, enhancing, and maturing Business Resilience and Business Continuity Management (BCM) programs
• Facilitate Business Impact Analyses (BIA), risk assessments, critical process identification, and dependency mapping across client organizations
• Facilitate the development of Business Continuity Plans (BCP) across client organizations
• Support clients in establishing technology enablement, resilience metrics, reporting dashboards, testing programs, and ongoing governance processes
• Collaborate with cross-functional client teams
• Planning and executing cybersecurity and business resilience assessments across domains
• Lead and participate in client BCP tabletop sessions
• Mentor and supervise junior consultants

• Bachelor’s degree
• Minimum of 3 years of total professional experience
• At least 2 years of hands‑on experience delivering business resilience program implementations and assessments
• Strong working knowledge of Operational Resilience concepts such as BIA, BCP, DRP
• BCP tabletop facilitation
• Demonstrated ability to independently manage engagements from planning through deliverables with limited oversight
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
