Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation:$40 per hour
Job Length:1-year contract (with possible extension)
Shift:Mon – Fri, 8am – 5pm

- Be a key contributor to the implementation and promotion of compliance and integrity systems.
- Coordinating compliance controls and integrity measures within the group, ensuring effective implementation and administration.
- Managing the controls calendar, system access requests, and data management activities.
- Reporting on business control KPIs, irregularity logs, and key activities related to representation letters and fixed asset registers.
- Promoting the Controls Integrity Management System (CIMS) and supporting staff awareness and training initiatives.
- Identifying process changes and ensuring all FCPA requirements are updated and approved.
- Assisting with budgeting, planning activities, and maintaining controls catalogs and documentation.
- Supporting ongoing controls activities including audits, planning, coordination, and risk assessments.
- Preparing monthly reporting for OIMS (Operations Integrity Management System) and CIMS KPI scorecards.
- Acting as the Departmental Records Contact and subject matter expert for information management.
- Organizing shared drives, maintaining records retention schedules, and overseeing departmental records clean-up activities.
- Have a bachelor's degree in Information Management, Business, Economics, or a related field.
- Bring at least 5 years of experience in information or record management, controls, or data analysis.
- Possess excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills in English.
- Are experienced with Microsoft Excel (advanced level), Publisher, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Demonstrate strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Are proactive, detail-oriented, and able to take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
- Have experience working in virtual or multi-cultural teams.
- Are familiar with compliance, controls integrity, and business process documentation.
