- Design and implement Cisco's Ethics and Compliance Program
- Ensure compliance with global anti-fraud and anti-corruption laws, regulations, and Cisco's Code of Business Conduct

- Develop dashboards, analyze metrics, identify trends, risk areas, and strategic priorities

- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of experience at a global, publicly-traded company designing, implementing, operating, monitoring, and continuously improving ethics and compliance programs and internal controls
- Expertise with compliance, risk management, and case management software and systems
- Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional (CCEP or CCEP-I), Fraud Examiner (CFE), Leadership Professional in Ethics & Compliance (LPEC), or equivalent
- Experience in the technology industry and with channel risks/indirect sales models is preferred
- Excellent verbal and written audience-centric communication skills
Demonstrates expertise in designing and implementing Ethics and Compliance Programs, ensuring adherence to global anti-fraud and anti-corruption laws, and utilizing compliance software for risk management. Strong ability to analyze metrics, develop dashboards, and maintain collaborative relationships with stakeholders.
