Bright Star Care is seeking a START Operations and Training Specialist to guide new franchise owners from handoff through pre-open, opening and early operations.
You will own the START program experience, coaching owners through the pre-open checklist and business setup, coordinating Operations Boot Camp and New Owner Week 1 and Week 2, and providing hands-on expertise across systems and our software until readiness for Field Support.
