• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Physics, Data Science, or another STEM-related discipline at an accredited North American university.
• Demonstrated strong analytical skills, with experience in financial modeling, quantitative coursework, or related projects.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions such as formulas, pivot tables, data validation, and structured spreadsheet design.
• Experience in process development, workflow documentation, and technical writing to improve operational procedures.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a methodical approach to handling large data sets and complex information.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and quality.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively to diverse audiences.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the capacity to analyze data, identify issues, and develop practical solutions.
