Senior Associate, Project Management – Network Brand

• Support and execute large- and small-scale projects contributing to broader business initiatives
• Design, develop, and adapt project plans in a fast-paced environment, revising requirements as needed to meet shifting goals
• Ensure comprehensive project documentation and governance to proactively manage risks and guarantee on-time delivery
• Apply problem-solving and analytical skills to align project execution with business intent
• Serve as a strategic and tactical thought partner to project partners and cross-functional teams
• Build relationships and communicate with, inform, align, and influence stakeholders at all levels
• Implement frameworks and organization to manage work within complex work streams
• Refine workflows, templates, and project management tools to eliminate bottlenecks and improve creative output

• Bachelor’s Degree or military experience
• At least 2 years of Project Management experience
• Preferred:
  Master’s or MBA degree
• Preferred:
  At least 5 years of Project Management experience
• Preferred:
  At least 1 year in Brand Strategy, Marketing, or Advertising
• Preferred: PMP, Lean, Agile, or Six Sigma certification
