A leading international construction contractor is seeking an experienced Project Scheduler to join a growing team delivering large-scale Data Centre developments. This role offers the opportunity to work on complex, multi-million-dollar projects from early planning through construction, commissioning, and project closeout.
The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring project programmes are effectively developed, monitored, and reported, while supporting project teams in achieving critical milestones and successful project outcomes.

- Develop, maintain, and update integrated project schedules throughout the project lifecycle.
- Coordinate planning activities across design, procurement, construction, testing, and commissioning phases.
- Establish project baselines and monitor performance against key milestones.
- Perform schedule analysis, critical path reviews, and risk assessments to identify potential project impacts.
- Evaluate programme changes and provide recommendations to minimise delays and improve project delivery.
- Prepare and present schedule updates, progress reports, and key performance metrics to project stakeholders.
- Support short-term and long-term planning initiatives, including look-ahead schedules and recovery plans.
- Collaborate with project management, construction, commercial, and project controls teams to ensure alignment of programme objectives.
- Assist with forecasting activities related to labour, productivity, and project performance.
- Analyse delays and disruptions, providing schedule impact assessments where required.
- Support the development of mitigation strategies and alternative sequencing plans to maintain project objectives.
- Participate in project review meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the planning function.
- Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Project Management, or a related discipline preferred.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a Planning or Scheduling role within the construction industry.
- Previous experience on Data Centre, Industrial, Pharmaceutical, Semiconductor, or other complex construction projects is advantageous.
- Proficiency in Primavera P6 is essential.
- Strong understanding of:
- Critical Path Methodology (CPM)
- Baseline and progress scheduling
- Schedule recovery planning
- Float analysis and forecasting
- Resource and cost-loaded schedules
- Delay analysis and schedule reporting
- Experience conducting schedule risk assessments and programme impact evaluations.
- Strong analytical, organisational, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced project environment.
- Proactive approach to problem-solving and stakeholder engagement.
- Willingness to travel to project locations as required.
