Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our manufacturing company located in the Chicago area. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support, managing inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the order and delivery process.

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
• Assist customers with order placement, tracking, and issue resolution.
• Collaborate with production, logistics, and sales teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
• Maintain detailed and accurate customer records in the company database.
• Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions or escalate when necessary.
• Provide product information and support to customers as needed.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of customer service processes.

• Previous experience as a customer service representative, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and customer management software.
• Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.

This position is based in Cicero, IL 60804, serving customers in the greater Chicago area.
