Responsibilities
Conduct psychological assessments, support students' social-emotional well‑wellness, collaborate with staff to develop intervention plans, and participate in multidisciplinary team meetings.
On‑site attendance required due to union regulations; no virtual work permitted.
Key Qualifications And Experience- Licensed School Psychologist with experience in middle school environments
- Strong assessment and counseling skills focused on adolescent development
- Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, families, and administrators
- Flexibility to accommodate a full‑time schedule or a reduced 2–3 day per week commitment, if full‑time candidates are not available
- Familiarity with special education processes and state regulations
Location:
Cicero, IL.
Contract duration: approximately mid‑April to early June, covering a maternity leave.
Position based at a middle school campus serving grades 6‑8. Scheduled hours:
- Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday: 7:20 a.m. to 2:50 p.m.;
- Wednesday: 7:20 a.m. to 3:05 p.m.
Compensation: $44.92 to $64.92 per hour.
