This position works alongside culinary instructors within the lab environment, providing hands-on support during food preparation, demonstrations, and daily kitchen operations to enhance student learning. This position assists students with food preparation techniques, maintains a safe and sanitary kitchen environment, and helps organize culinary materials and equipment.
