We are seeking a Packaging Engineer with 5+ years of experience to support packaging design, development, validation, and sustaining engineering activities for pharmaceutical products. The ideal candidate will have expertise in packaging materials, change control, and project management within a regulated manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities- Lead packaging projects for Quality, CAPA, Compliance, Cost Savings, and New Product Introductions.
- Develop packaging specifications, test protocols, and change control documentation.
- Support packaging validation, material qualification, and process improvements.
- Collaborate with Manufacturing, R&D, Quality, and suppliers to deliver packaging solutions.
- Drive continuous improvement and cost-saving initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in Packaging Engineering or a related Engineering discipline.
- 5+ years of packaging engineering experience.
- Experience with packaging materials, packaging validation, change control, and DOE.
- Knowledge of Lean principles and statistical analysis.
- Medical device or pharmaceutical industry experience preferred.
