PSM Engineer

• Lead Process Hazard Analyses (PHA) for new and existing processes
• Facilitate Management of Change (MOC) and Pre-Startup Safety Reviews
• Identify, design, and implement process safety engineering controls
• Support OSHA PSM and EPA RMP program compliance activities
• Conduct incident investigations and manage corrective actions
• Support mechanical integrity and preventive maintenance programs
• Maintain process safety information and system documentation
• Track safety metrics and support compliance audits and training

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Safety, or related Engineering field
• 5+ years of process safety experience in chemical or industrial manufacturing
• Knowledge of OSHA PSM and EPA Risk Management Program requirements
• Experience leading PHAs, MOCs, incident investigations, and compliance audits
• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship

Demonstrates expertise in Process Hazard Analyses (PHA), Management of Change (MOC), and compliance with OSHA PSM and EPA RMP standards. Proven ability to implement process safety engineering controls and conduct incident investigations while maintaining safety documentation and metrics.
