• Welcoming patients and guests
• Conduct visit check‑in and assist patients with required forms
• Collect co‑pays and update patient information in the electronic medical record platform
• Schedule and reschedule appointments within the electronic medical records platform
• Manage phone lines: answer calls, take messages, and conduct outbound calls as instructed
• Manage faxes through the electronic fax platform
• Maintain cleanliness of the Welcome and Community Room areas
• Float to other centers in the region on an infrequent basis (if required)
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Strong computer skills and basic knowledge of Google Suite
• Professional phone etiquette
• Fluency in Spanish, Polish, Russian, or other languages spoken by community members (where necessary)
• US work authorization

• Experience in a customer service setting
• Some college education
• Flexible and positive attitude
• Welcoming and nurturing attitude toward older adults
• High level of integrity

Weekly hours: 40 hours (Full‑time). Pay range: $17.00–$31.30 per hour. The actual base salary will depend on experience, education, geography and other factors. Eligible for CVS Health bonus, commission or short‑term incentive program.
