Client Services Associate

Build practical client-service skills while learning the business side of insurance.

The Dorne Region is seeking a Client Services Associate for its Chicago team. This full-time, on-site role is suited to someone who enjoys working with people and wants clear responsibilities, training, and room to develop.

You’ll help the team by:

• Starting and maintaining conversations with prospective clients.
• Asking questions to understand their interests and next steps.
• Coordinating appointments and keeping accurate contact notes.
• Following up consistently to support insurance sales opportunities.

Training is provided. Prior insurance experience is not required to be considered, and you do not need to arrive knowing every product or process. You should be ready to communicate clearly, stay organized, and put feedback into practice.

Retail, hospitality, customer service, and other people-facing experience can be useful preparation.
