Schedule- Primarily Monday-Friday
- 8:00 AM-4:00 PM or 9:00 AM-5:00 PM
- One scheduled 11:00 AM-7:00 PM shift each week
- Flexibility to assist with Direct Support Professional (DSP) coverage as needed
- Participation in the on-call rotation (on-call stipend provided)
- $29.00-$33.00 per hour, based on experience
- Additional on-call stipend
Clinton Manor Living Center is home to 51 adults with developmental disabilities and complex medical needs. As a Qualified Intellectual Disabilities Professional (QIDP), you will play a vital role in ensuring each individual receives high-quality, person-centered services that promote independence, community inclusion, and meaningful choice. This position manages a caseload of approximately 10-12 residents while providing leadership and support to the Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) who assist them each day.

- Hold a Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Sociology, Special Education, Psychology, or another closely related human services field or be a licensed Registered Nurse (RN)
- Have at least one year of experience working directly with individuals with developmental disabilities
- Possess a valid driver's license and meet agency driving requirements
- Successfully pass a criminal background check in accordance with Healthcare Worker Registry regulations
- Successfully pass all required State and Federal registry checks
- Successfully complete the required pre-employment physical
