- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a spa or hospitality environment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of spa treatments and products is a plus
- Friendly and welcoming demeanor
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as required
