People Partner Coordinator

We are looking for an experienced HR Shared Services / People Operations professional to provide high-quality Tier 1 support to employees across benefits, payroll, pay programs, people systems, HR policies, and general HR inquiries. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a high-volume environment, using HRIS and case management systems, and delivering accurate, timely, and empathetic employee support.

• Serve as Tier 1 support for employee inquiries related to benefits, payroll, pay programs, people systems, policies, and general HR topics through cases, chat, and occasional walk-up support.
• Own end-to-end case management, including triage, investigation, resolution or routing, documentation, and timely follow-up.
• Utilize HR and case management systems such as Service Now, Workday, iCIMS, or comparable platforms to research information, process transactions, and maintain accurate employee records.
• Leverage response templates and knowledge articles to provide consistent and efficient support; identify opportunities to improve and update knowledge content.
• Identify risks and use sound judgment when escalating complex or sensitive issues to COEs, People Partners, or other Tier 2 support teams.
• Support employee lifecycle activities, including onboarding, employment changes, and offboarding, ensuring accuracy and a positive employee experience.
• Meet established service-level and quality standards, including SLA, CSAT, and first-contact resolution targets, while maintaining confidentiality and compliance.
• Identify recurring issues and trends, investigate root causes, and recommend process improvements or automation opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal HR teams and stakeholders to resolve employee concerns efficiently and effectively.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail when handling sensitive employee information.
