Mainframe Batch Specialist - Hybrid

The Cyber Security Operations (CSO) function within Global Information Security is responsible for all aspects of threat intelligence and monitoring, application and network security, and insider threat. Additionally, the CSO team drives the enterprise-wide cyber exercise program. In this role, you will serve as a Mainframe Batch Specialist, an individual contributor responsible for providing operational and procedural support to provision and maintain access for employees across the Enterprise and Mainframe platforms.

• Support and improve the Access Service experience using analytical mindset and teamwork skills.
• Provide operational and procedural support to provision and maintain Enterprise access across Mainframe platforms.
• Support BAU processes, maintenance of Enterprise Access platforms, and security practices.
• Exercise judgment within broadly defined practices and policies to support secure, risk‑based practices.
• Interface across multiple organizational units and levels to ensure access meets business and security requirements.

• Intermediate level experience.
• Risk‑oriented perspective with understanding of access management, risk identification and mitigation, and project management.
• Experience in Information Technology, Information Security, or Identity and Access Management.
• Proficient in Windows, Mainframe access provisioning and security systems.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, conceptual thinking, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal oversight; motivated and quick learner.
• Experience with Z/OS JCL, Sort, IBM utilities, and Rexx.
