Southern Illinois Volunteer

Volunteers are essential to our mission here at Planned Parenthood of Illinois. We are so excited that you’ve chosen to uplift our mission to provide affordable healthcare, no matter what. Our volunteers support us in various ways throughout the year.

During the summer, we focus on visibility and supporter appreciation. We are often out and about all over Central and Southern Illinois, tabling at health fairs, local colleges and universities, street festivals, block parties, concerts, farmers markets, and pride events.

We also have opportunities to provide support at our health center locations, including:

• Data entry
• Volunteer screening
• Swag packet preparation
• General administrative work

Whatever your comfort level and capacities are, we have room for you here  next steps include a phone screening and volunteer orientation. Once you’ve completed your orientation, you will begin receiving emails about future and ongoing volunteer opportunities.
