Overview
Magee Resource Group is partnering with a leading U.S. manufacturer to hire a SAP FICO Analyst specializing in SAP FI or SAP CO. Will support a multi-year SAP S/4
HANA transformation, partnering with Finance, Manufacturing, and IT teams to design, configure, test, and optimize end-to-end Record-to-Report processes across a global enterprise. Ideal candidate brings strong manufacturing experience, enjoys collaborating with the business, and is looking for a long-term opportunity with significant career growth.
- 10+ years of SAP FICO experience with 5+ years supporting SAP S/4
HANA in a manufacturing environment - Experience across SAP Record-to-Report processes, including GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Financial Close, and Reporting, with specialization in either FI or CO (Product Costing, Margin Analysis, Project Systems, PMMO, RAR)
- Proven success supporting SAP implementations or large-scale enhancements, including requirements gathering, solution design, testing, cutover, and hypercare
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to partner across Finance, Manufacturing, and IT; accounting or CPA background
