Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior IT Project Manager to lead enterprise Agile software product transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex IT programs, driving cross-functional teams, overseeing budgets, and delivering executive-level communications. This role requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, and the ability to successfully execute strategic technology initiatives in an Agile environment.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
PMP Certification (Required).
8+ years of IT Project Management experience leading enterprise technology initiatives.
Experience managing Agile software product transformation projects.
Strong budget planning, forecasting, and financial management experience.
Experience preparing and delivering executive-level presentations and project updates.
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, Scrum, and project governance.
Experience working closely with business stakeholders, product teams, and technical teams.
Prior experience within the IT industry, including software development environments and customer interaction.

Responsibilities

Lead enterprise Agile software product transformation initiatives from planning through delivery.
Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, and deliverables.
Collaborate with business leaders, product owners, and technical teams to ensure successful project execution.
Develop and present project status reports, roadmaps, and executive-level presentations.
Monitor project financials, budgets, forecasts, and resource utilization.
Identify project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and resolve issues proactively.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure adherence to Agile best practices.
Manage stakeholder expectations through clear, proactive communication.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Drive continuous process improvement and project governance across multiple initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience leading enterprise digital transformation or modernization programs.
Experience with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Azure Dev Ops.
Strong communication and executive stakeholder management skills.
Experience working in large enterprise environments.
