Relativity ODA LLC is seeking a Technical Support Specialist to diagnose and resolve software and network issues for a mix of technical and non-technical customers. You will handle tickets in Salesforce, communicate via phone and email, and work within a product vertical to escalate as needed.
This role reports to the Manager of Customer Support. The working hours are Monday-Friday with a 9-hour shift ranging from 7am-7pm Central US Time.
